Time-Witness

As I've had a negative experience with the last landlord I had when it
comes to getting my deposit back I want to leave an account of the
situation I found my new place in with Google, who will witness the date
for me.

Very scuffed paintwork and dirty carpets throughout
Black mould in bathroom with visible stretching down the wall therefrom
Non-fuctional heater in bathroom, although I don't know how it's meant to
work anyway, but the cord/switch has been cut short and I can't get it to
work
No key with which to open the windows, hence no opening of the windows
Don't know if the washing machine works
Noisy fridge, presumably a nascent fault
Can't get the extractor fan in the kitchen to work, but again I don't know
how it's supposed to work
Thoroughgoing damp along the side of the window in the kitchen, some
appointments to fix it missed by the landlord
